RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Cinab, at we want you to have a positive customer experience while shopping with us, sometimes you may want to return items you have purchased. Returns & Refunds Policy sets out our conditions for accepting returns and issuing refunds for items purchased at Cinab.

Customer can return item purchase within 48hrs after delivery and /or exchange item within 7days of purchase. We aim to refund you the purchase price of the item within 14 days.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

▪ Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

▪ The item must be in the original packaging.

▪ To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items That Cannot be Returned

• The following items do not qualify for returns because of health and hygiene (underwear,

swimwear)

• software

• We do not accept returns of items that you have damaged after delivery
