e-commerce platform consisting of a website and mobile application (“marketplace”), together
with supporting IT, logistics and payment infrastructure, for the sale and purchase of consumer
products and services (“products”) in Kenya (“Territory”)

throughout the installation and use of the Cinab driver app, as well as during the registration,
onboarding, and service delivery processes. Please be aware that using the Cinab driver Platform
typically requires processing geographic location data.
You agree that we process your personal data in compliance with this privacy policy by using our
websites, applications, and services.
WHAT KINDS OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND PROCESS FROM THE DRIVER?
Biographical and contact data that is gathered upon app installation, such as name, phone
number, and email address; driver licence, vehicle no plate and Identy card;
geographic location from where you access and use the app from and to what location this is required for
the service.
If we ban or suspend you from use of the service, a record of that ban or suspension;

website and communication information such as details collected by cookies and other similar
tracking technologies when you use our sites or apps;

including a record of any reported lost items;
